As these are custom-made products, <strong>returns or exchanges are not accepted<\/strong> in accordance with EU law, except in the case of damage or defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Natural Variations &amp; Minor Imperfections<\/strong><br>Due to the nature of the materials and the hand-finished process, minor scuffs, texture marks, or small chips may occasionally occur on one specific area of the porcelain.<br>A chip of up to <strong>2mm in a single area<\/strong> may be present on some coasters. We strive to minimize this as much as possible, and most chips will be barely visible or hidden during use. Such small imperfections are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><br>If your order arrives significantly damaged or with a major defect, please contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue.
