Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations and Rates
We currently ship Domus Murrina products to Malta, Gozo, the European Union, and select international destinations.

  • Malta & Gozo: Flat Rate Shipping — €3 per order
  • European Union: Standard Shipping — €7 per order | Registered Shipping (with tracking) — €15 per order
  • Rest of the World: Standard Shipping — €10 per order | Registered Shipping (with tracking) — €20 per order

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Malta & Gozo: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Other Countries: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Registered Shipping
Registered shipping includes tracking and may require a signature upon delivery. This does not guarantee faster delivery. Express delivery can be arranged, please contact us for this.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


Returns Policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Each Domus Murrina coaster set is made to order according to your selected color and style. As these are custom-made products, returns or exchanges are not accepted in accordance with EU law, except in the case of damage or defects.

Natural Variations & Minor Imperfections
Due to the nature of the materials and the hand-finished process, minor scuffs, texture marks, or small chips may occasionally occur on one specific area of the porcelain.
A chip of up to 2mm in a single area may be present on some coasters. We strive to minimize this as much as possible, and most chips will be barely visible or hidden during use. Such small imperfections are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives significantly damaged or with a major defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
